Supporting young LGBTI young people

Young people create resources to help

Young people have had the opportunity to work on and create a series of resources for other young people, teachers, school staff and health professionals working with LGBTI young people that will make inclusive and supportive environments for LGBTI young people. Young people have been involved in co-ordination and decision-making and creating the resources for the campaign. Many young people in schools have also had input into the project, providing content, being involved in photography and video and providing feedback on the final set of resources created for the project. These include booklets, posters and advice on how to set up and maintain a queer straight alliance in school. For more information visit: http://www.insideout.org.nz/
