Children and Young Persons’ Rights Seminar Series “Transition: Stepping into the Future”

Leaving school, having a job and linking into adult activities in the community can be a daunting process for young people with intellectual impairment and their families.

Come and hear a range of speakers on the topic of preparing for a meaningful adult life.  Speakers will include a young person with intellectual impairment, representatives from various Ministries, a panel of parents and an innovative service response.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided
