An issue I feel strongly about:
Prison should be made worse for prisoners. There are a number of small proven ways of making prison less homely
and reducing the amount of re-offenders. The first thing, remove
Playstations and most of the TVs, leaving only “learning” channels
available. The second thing is to make sure all prisoners are working
in prison but something that earns the government money to save on the
cost of keeping prisoners. The last proven method (In Texas) paint the
prisons pink it dropped one prisons re-offending rate in half.
