An issue I feel strongly about:
Skills for the outside world including communication
skills, budgeting, how to present yourself, this is all a part of life
when we leave secondary school, but we don't learn it at school. Part of
that outside world is politics. We never see politicians at
school. They do not come and talk to us about what they do.
We are under 18 years so they don't bother with us. The point is
we can vote at 18 and for most of us leaving school at the end of
2007, we will be 18 next year and we need to learn now as we are this
country's future.
