GoingGlobal.jpgGoing Global is a guide to getting involved, getting your voice heard and taking action about the things that matter to you on the global stage.

Introduction

  • Are there things going on around you that you think need to change?
  • Is there something you want to have your say about, but you’re not sure how to do it, who to speak to or what exactly you want to say?
  • Have you tried making your voice heard, but felt like no one’s listening?
Going Global is about changing all that. It’s about how you can:
  • get involved with the things going on in your community, in Aotearoa New Zealand and around the world that are important to you
  • get your voice heard on a global stage by getting involved in international decision-making
  • get the skills, knowledge, experience and connections to take action, get changes happening and make the most of the opportunities out there.
It’s also a guide for teachers, parents, youth workers and anyone else wanting to help young people get involved in international opportunities.

Young people all over the world are getting involved and making changes happen.

If you want to get your voice heard on the global stage, read on!
