E Tipu E Rea: A Framework for Taiohi Mâori Youth Development is a youth development activity kit produced by the Ministry of Youth Affairs in 2002.

E Tipu E Rea is for any group, organisation or individual of any age who works with taiohi Mâori. It can also be used by taiohi who are looking for ideas about how to become more involved in their communities.
