An international and national literature review on drug education for young people, families and communities to identify and encourage evidence-based best practice for drug education.

0.7.1.1 Effective drug ed.jpgAs part of the Government's Action Plan on Alcohol and Illicit Drugs, the former Ministry of Youth Affairs in 2003 commissioned an international and national literature review on drug education for young people, families and communities.

The purpose of the literature review was to identify and encourage evidence-based best practice for drug education.

An Overview, which summarises the literature review, is also provided.
